My Health Advantage

With the new MyChart mobile application, patients can securely access their health information from anywhere, at any time, using their iPhone, iPad or iTouch,” said Dr. Dale Glenn, medical director for HealthAdvantage, a wellness program for Hawai‘i Pacific Health. “This will benefit patients who are actively managing their health conditions and allow them to stay on top of their appointments, medications and other important tests or procedures. You can even manage information for elderly parents or young children with proper access.

Currently, there are 16 health care providers across the nation participating in the mobile application. In addition to Hawai‘i Pacific Health, other providers include Baylor Clinic, Loyola Medicine, Mercy Health System, Oregon Health & Science University and Sutter Health among others.

The MyChart iPhone app is available for free via the iTunes App Store. Once the app has been downloaded, users select Hawai‘i Pacific Health as their health care provider. To use the MyChart app, users must have a MyHealthAdvantage account. To sign up for MyHealthAdvantage, call 535-7725 for an activation code.
